Funded by the Missouri Department of Social Services, the Women’s Health Services Program provides family planning services to women ages 18 to 55 who meet the following 2023-2024 income guidelines:
|Family Size||Monthly Income|
Services for this state-funded program include birth control, including IUDs and implants; sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment; and wellness (annual) exams, and related services.
The Women’s Health Services Program isn’t full Medicaid – it only pays for birth control, STI screening and treatment, well-woman exams, and related services. For more information about the program, visit the Missouri Department of Social Services webpage.
Any healthcare provider that accepts Medicaid can see you with this coverage, including Title X (ten) clinics. Find a Title X clinic near you.
Apply for the Women’s Health Services Program online, via phone (1-855-373-9994), or you can mail or fax your paper application.
