Linda Trower
Linda (she/her/hers) joined MFHC with over twenty years’ experience in accounting, finance, and administration. With a passion for providing analysis and information that leads to moving the mission forward, Linda has worked primarily in healthcare accounting settings throughout her career. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Ashford University, graduating magna cum laude.

Rhonda Beul
Rhonda (she/her/hers) has been a constant at MFHC since 2009; she is responsible for maintaining organizational infrastructure, central communications, meeting planning, and office administration.
Rhonda earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Missouri State University.

Kendall Dallas, MA
Kendall (she/her/hers) has extensive experience in evaluation, analytics, and applied research in government and nonprofit settings. Previously, she has evaluated such topics as mental health and substance use treatment, homelessness initiatives, and public health prevention. She received her Masters degree from the University of Denver in Clinical Psychology – International Disaster Psychology Specialty.

Ashley Kuykendall, MSW, MPH, CHES
Ashley (she/her/hers) directs the program initiatives implemented under MFHC's mission, monitoring and compliance, and provides technical support and training to health centers participating in MFHC's programs, including Title X and The Right Time.
Ashley obtained her Master's degrees from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and her Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University.

Phyllis Wilkerson, M.Ed.
Phyllis (she/her/hers) comes to MFHC after serving in several roles in higher education over the course of 12 years. She has experience developing programs for LGBTQIA communities, as well as advising and coordinating programs for Lincoln University’s Women’s Resource Center. Phyllis earned her Master of Education degree from Lincoln University.

Olivia Berridge, MSW, LCSW
Olivia (she/her/hers) has extensive experience in supporting and growing community health programs in Missouri and Illinois. As Program Manager, she supports the health centers who participate in MFHC’s programs, including Title X and The Right Time. She provides training and technical assistance surrounding client-centered, trauma-informed, equitable sexual and reproductive healthcare in alignment with MFHC’s mission.
Olivia obtained her Master's degree from Saint Louis University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College.

Kirstin Palovick, M.A.
Kirstin (she/her/hers) comes to MFHC with extensive experience in reproductive health as a contraceptive counselor, clinical researcher, and community organizer. Previously, Kirstin worked at the Contraceptive Choice Center, ensuring the health center’s compliance with Title X and The Right Time.
Kirstin obtained both her Masters of Arts and Bachelors of Arts at Saint Louis University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Health at Saint Louis University’s College for Public Health and Social Justice.

PJ Allen-Thomas, BSN
PJ (she/they) manages quality assurance, training, and technical assistance for MFHC's portfolio of health centers throughout Missouri and Oklahoma. Their professional experiences include critical care, emergency nursing, and program administration. They obtained their Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree in 2020 from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Alison Smith Long
Alison (she/her/hers) has over a decade of experience leading development, marketing, and communications in various nonprofit spaces. She’s delighted to join the MFHC team and sees fundraising as a way to build relationships and invite people into some of the most significant and important work of our time.

Leslie Klote
Leslie (she/her/hers) is responsible for communicating MFHC's mission and program of work among the organization's discrete audiences. She oversees all internal and external communications for MFHC, ensuring messages are consistent and engaging, as well as manages MFHC's press relations.

Mandy Hagseth, J.D.
Mandy (she/her/hers) oversees MFHC's integrated advocacy and has fifteen years' experience in health, rights, and justice.
She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Dakota.

Martha Stevens, MSW
Martha (she/her/hers) comes to MFHC after serving six years in the Missouri State House of Representatives, advocating for social justice and access to healthcare. Previously, she worked as a Health Care Advocate for the MO Medicaid Coalition and Missouri Rural Crisis Center, as well as a Community Organizer for Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri. A social worker by training, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master of Social Work from Mizzou.

Anne Ogier, MSW, MPA
Anne Ogier (she/her/hers) brings extensive legislative and policy experience to the MFHC team. She previously worked in the Missouri State Capitol for five years during which she worked for two state representatives and one state senator. Anne is thrilled to be able to use her passion for equitable public policy in her new role with MFHC.
Anne earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from University of Missouri – Columbia.
